Hi. I'm a 54 year old married man with family in Huddersfield, though I'm living down south. I've only the one rental property, which I've owned from brand new and where I plan to live when I retire in a few years' time. In the meantime, I'm renting it out to cover the mortgage. So it's important that my tenants look after the place and keep it nice for me.
